英国・ウェストミンスター校から２名が来校しました

　英国・ウェストミンスター校から２名（男子２名）の生徒が来校しました。
　滞在期間は７／１２（火）～７／２３（土）、１１泊１２日。前半は授業参加を中心に、後半は県内の企業や病院等で職業体験を行いました。

　滞在期間が長いので、ホームステイは２期に分けて行いました。

　ホストファミリーを引き受けていただいた保護者の皆様に感謝いたします。

職業体験の１日

　ホストファミリー生徒と一緒に明和高校へ登校後・・・・ボランティア生徒と職場体験の訪問先へ行き、夕方、学校で再びホストファミリーの生徒と合流し、一緒に帰宅しました。

H28　職業体験　実施報告

研修コース：①　(株)デンソー　　実施日：７月１９日（火）

内容： ギャラリーや工場の見学を行った。そこでは、自動車部品の開発・製造にとどまらず、自社の技術を応用することで社会問題の解決にも取り組んでいることを学んだ。またＱＲコードのついた名刺作りも行った。

外国人参加者：２名　　本校参加者：３名　（１年生１名，２年生２名）

生徒の感想・反省 　ＤＥＮＳＯに見学に行けたことで、自分の視野がとても広がりました。自分の将来の進路決定の参考にしたいと思います。女性も多く働いていたり、研修を受けていたりするのを見ました。女性も働きやすい環境だととても感心しました。自分もこのような雰囲気の良い職場で働けたらどんなに良いだろうなと思いました。 運転体験をする留学生 　It was fascinating to see how the parts for many cars were made. We had a short tour of the factory before lunch. This was very interesting and eye-opening as it was an insight into how major multi-national corporations like Denso function behind the scenes. In the morning, we went to the Denso Gallery where we had an opportunity to interact with and experiment with existing Denso technologies and products. Overall, I have to say that the experience was very fun and rewarding.

研修コース：②　(株)トヨタ自動車　　実施日：７月２０日（水）

内容： ギャラリーや生産工場の見学だけでなく、特別に開発部のオフィス見学をした。実際に働いている社員の方から、仕事内容についてのプレゼンも聴くことができた。

外国人参加者：２名　　本校参加者：７名　（１年生３名，２年生４名）

生徒の感想・反省 　車を組み立てていくのはロボットだけでなく人の手だということを思い知らされた。働いている方々は皆専門職であって、中にはその専門分野について検定１級もとっている匠の技をもつ方もいた。単に大企業だと言っても、工業化が進むばかりでもなく、一人一人の技が必要なのだと思う。 乗り心地を体験する留学生 　The overall trip to Toyota was very informative; firstly, we spent 10 minutes in a small museum which displayed cars made by the company in the past & present, as well as informing us on the history & values of the company. Then, we went on a tour of the assembly plant. We were shown how various parts of car were put together and the vigorous quality control methods that workers at the factory had to use on the car. There were many systems of production that were used exclusively by Toyota, and I found these very interesting. After a break, we took a tour of an engineering office at Toyota. These offices used a unique system of layout organization that I found intriguing.

研修コース：③　石原法律事務所　　実施日：７月２１日（木）

内容： 事務所内の見学、裁判や法律について丁寧に説明していただいた。事務所内を案内してもらい、実際に働く弁護士の方々の様子を知ることができた。午後は裁判所に行き、裁判を見学した。

生徒の感想・反省 　将来の夢のうちの２つである、法律家と医者はどちらも人と接することが必要で、その中に顧客の一人として外国人は必ずいるので、人と接すること、外国ジョンとコミュニケーションを取ることのどちらも得ることができてとてもいい経験になった。 Today we visited a law company’s office. In the morning, we were given a tour of the office and we were provided an explanation of what type of lawyers they were. After lunch, we went to visit various Nagoya courts. It was great as a meeting was taking place and the sentence for a crime was being given. After that , we also had a look around different courts such as the family court. Overall, I think although this visit was not as exciting as the visits to Toyota and to Denso, it was still a rewarding experience.

研修コース：④　(株)ＪＴＢ中部　ＧＬＯＢＡＬ　ＭＩＣＥ事業部　　実施日：７月２１日（木）

内容： 訪日外国人の嗜好やニーズに関するレクチャーを受けた。その後ディスカッションをしながら、実際に旅行プランを考えた。

外国人参加者：１名　　本校参加者：２名　（１年生１名，２年生１名）

生徒の感想・反省 　ＪＴＢはとてもユーザーのことを考えていて、「感動のそばにいつも」という社のスローガンは、とてもあてはまっていた。会社の方の仲も良さそうで、すごくいいところだなと思った。「ホスピタリティを大切にしている」とおっしゃっていて、自分も他人へもっと思いやりの心で接しようと思った。 　When we were first showed into the company, we were ushered through the main office, and into a side room. Then we received what the JTB actually does, the aims for the future of how it operates as a company. We then were taught about what an incentive tour is. We then were instructed to plan our own incentive trip to Japan. I found this aspect particularly interesting because it involved trying to understand what the guests would really like to do. After 49 minutes of planning this, we presented it, and received feedback. Finally, we learned about how meticulous planning has to be for such trips.

研修コース：⑤　藤田保健衛生大学病院　　実施日：７月２２日（金）

内容： 検査学科、看護学科、臨床工学科、医療経営情報学科、放射線学科の見学をした。様々視点から医療を見つめることができた。また、点滴や血圧体験の実習もあった。

外国人参加者：１名　　本校参加者：４名　（１年生１名，２年生３名）

生徒の感想・反省 　今まで、患者を治す医師が頂点であるピラミッド型で医療は成立していると思っていた。しかし、今回の大学訪問で、それぞれの役割があってこそ、医療が前進していることを学んだ。これからは医療とは一つのチームであり、医師を土台としてその上に各スペシャリストらがいるというように考えを改めたい。 　病院といえば、手術をするなど医師のイメージが大きいですが、それだけではありませんでした。しかし、診察以外のカルテ管理や医療機器の整備などをする方々がいて初めて仕事が成り立ったいたのだと分かりました。

　オーストラリア・ボーカムヒルズ校から２２名（女子１６名・男子６名）の生徒が来校しました。全員ホームステイをしました。ホストファミリーをを引き受けていただいた保護者の皆様に感謝いたします 。
滞在期間：１０／６（木）～９（日）、３泊４日
活動内容：10/6(木)名古屋到着，本校で歓迎式
